My name is Tom Kelley, the Glen Edwards Middle School Counselor.
Middle school is a very exciting, yet challenging time in an adolescents’ life and for everyone involved. Because of this, there are a variety of counseling services needed in the middle school setting.
As the counselor at GEMS, my purpose is to provide students with access to professional support in the domains of academic, career, and personal/social development. Students have the opportunity to be seen individually and/or in groups. They may self-refer by completing the counseling request form below. There are times when students will need to drop in, as well.

If you need to speak with Mr. Kelley, GEMS School Counselor, or Miss Galvan, GEMS School Psychologist, please fill out this form. We will contact you. If you do not hear back, please email:
Mr. Kelley at email@example.com or
Miss Galvan at firstname.lastname@example.org
|This form is confidential.|
Parents and teachers can also refer students for counseling services. Click HERE for information, resources and to access referral forms.
Referrals are made to community agencies, as appropriate. At GEMS, all staff members work together with parents and the community, to create a caring and supportive environment where young adolescents are encouraged to achieve overall wellness for academic success.
