On Thursday, the Maple Leafs and Blackhawks played a tight, exciting game, with the Blackhawks winning 4-3. The third star of the game was Jacob for his outstanding defense. There was a tie for the second star of the game between Bradley and Dylan of the Blackhawks as they each scored a goal. The number one star of the game was Maple Leaf Steve for scoring three goals, which is a hat trick. Due to Thanksgiving, our next game will be December 5th. Happy Thanksgiving!

The White out was awesome! It was great to see all the GEMS students and families at the games supporting our boys basketball teams. 7th grade fought hard but unfortunately, Olympus took the victory. 8th grade pulled out a huge win of 51-10. Leadership students did an amazing job supporting the event with fantastic posters, a yummy snack bar, and the panther and students leading cheers and chants. Thank you to the band as well for their amazing spirited music to pump up the crowd and our basketball players!
