LOOKING TO OBTAIN A WORK PERMIT OR RENEW AN EXPIRED ONE?

• Download the Work Permit Application
• Complete "Minor's Information" section
• Complete "School Information" section
• Obtain Parent/Legal Guardian's signature
• Give to employer to fill out "Employer Information" section
• Submit your completed application to the office

Submit your work permit to the District Office at 600 6th Street, Suite 400. Please allow for 24 hours to process.
